Attorney Terri Madden has been practicing law for over ten years and joins our firm of counsel from our Quincy, Massachusetts office.
Attorney Madden’s extensive experience includes personal injury, probate, contracts, real estate, domestic relations, appeals, civil litigation, consumer protection and collaborative law. Her broad professional experience also includes working as a Guardian ad Litem, Life Coach, Mediator and Program Director for a non-profit, family-based organization. She also had a successful solo practice in Massachusetts for several years and has appeared in numerous district courts, superior courts, probate and family courts and administrative courts throughout the Commonwealth. She has also argued before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
More recently, Attorney Madden has broadened her range of real estate practice to include foreclosure defense, loan modification, short sales, deeds in lieu of and short sales. She has also represented numerous clients in closings and has prepared comprehensive joint venture real estate agreements.
While working and raising her daughter as a single parent, Attorney Madden graduated cum laude from Stonehill College with a B.A. in Sociology. She earned her law degree from University of Massachusetts School of Law. Attorney Madden is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the United States District Court, for the District of Massachusetts.
