Noah A. Rabin, Esq. began his tenure with Beliveau Law Group, LLC as a law clerk during the Summer of 2011 while he was awaiting his bar exam results, later being sworn in as a Massachusetts attorney in November 2011. Attorney Rabin works in the firm’s civil litigation, estate planning, trust administration, tax, and real estate practice groups.
Prior to joining Beliveau Law Group, Attorney Rabin worked at Russell & Associates, LLC, in Needham Massachusetts, where he specialized in civil litigation and criminal defense. In that practice group he logged significant hours of live courtroom experience arguing various motions and courtroom hearings. His familiarity with the inner operations of the Massachusetts state and Federal courthouses builds the background of his knowledge with civil and criminal procedure.
Attorney Rabin holds a 2008 Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Vermont, graduating from the Honors College and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. During and after his time at UVM he worked as a rock climbing instructor. In 2011 Attorney Rabin earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston College School of Law, where he served as an Articles Reviewer on the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Law Review and worked with the Semester in Practice clinical program. He is also a semifinalist in the Grimes Moot Court Competition and a runner-up in the regional Saul Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition. He is a native of Vermont and now resides in the Waltham area.
