Mr. Gottlieb joined the Firm in 2011.  Since 1980, he has been practicing law exclusively in Florida, specializing in real estate transactions, real estate litigation, commercial collections, and general commercial litigation.  Over the years, he has also held real estate sale associate and mortgage broker licenses.

For more than 30 years, he has represented a multitude of individual and corporate clients, including, but not limited to, buyers, sellers, real estate brokers, condominium associations, homeowner associations, tradesmen, vendors, lien holders, property management companies, title companies, and lenders for their respective needs on the transaction side.

In terms of real estate litigation, at one time or another, Mr. Gottlieb has served as either Plaintiff’s Counsel or Defense Counsel for members of each and every category above.  Furthermore, in today’s economy, Mr. Gottlieb has extensive experience in mortgage and lien foreclosure, foreclosure and lien foreclosure defense, mortgage forbearance, mortgage modification, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and short sales.

Mr. Gottlieb was born in The Bronx, New York, and grew up in Yonkers, New York.  He received his Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University of the State University of New York; and he received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University, College of Law.  In 1980, Mr. Gottlieb moved to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar.  He is also admitted to both, the Southern and the Middle District, of the United States District Court of Florida.
