Attorney Hart joined the firm in 2008.  Ms. Hart practices in the areas of estate planning and real estate.  She has represented numerous lending institutions and mortgage lenders as well as private individuals.  Ms. Hart has advised developers, purchasers, and sellers in connection with various aspects of real estate transactions.  She is a title agent for Commonwealth Land America Title Insurance Company.  Ms. Hart is proficient in the Cantonese language.

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Hart was an associate at Brecher, Wyner, Simons, Fox & Bolan, LLP (BWSF&B) in Newton, MA.  Prior to BWSF&B, Ms. Hart was an associate with Fox & Foner, LLP in Needham, MA.

Attorney Hart received her law degree from Suffolk Law School (1993) and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (1998).  Ms. hart is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
