Attorney Hedges joined the firm in 2007.  Ms. Hedges practices in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business succession planning.  

Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Hedges was an associate in the trusts and estates department of Honigman, Miller, Schwartz and Cohn, LLP.  Ms. Hedges has also served as an appellate attorney with the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and as a staff attorney with the United States Bankruptcy Administrator's Office for the Western District of North Carolina.

Attorney Hedges graduated from Boston College Law School (J.D., summa cum laude, 2001) where she was an Executive Editor of the Boston College Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  Ms. Hedges also holds a B.A. from Boston College (magna cum laude, with highest honors, 1994).

Attorney Hedges is admitted to practice law in the States of Michigan and North Carolina and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of North Carolina.
